• Location Data: GPS coordinates extracted from photo metadata and device location (when permitted) to display properties on the map.
• Voice Recordings: Audio feedback you submit through the in-app voice feedback feature, used solely to improve our services.
• Usage Data: App usage patterns, device information, and crash reports to improve our services.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Provide property listing and inventory management services.
• Authenticate your identity and secure your account.
• Display your properties on the in-app map using location data.
• Communicate important updates about your listings or account.
• Process and review voice feedback to improve the app experience.

3. Data Privacy and Isolation

BrickBase is a private inventory management tool. Your property listings, uploaded media, builder contacts, documents, and all associated business data are private to your account and are not visible to or shared with other users of the platform. Each user's data is fully isolated and accessible only through their authenticated account.

4. Data Storage and Security

We use Supabase (supabase.com) as our cloud infrastructure provider for authentication, database, and file storage. All data access is authenticated and scoped to your account using row-level security policies. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your property data remains strictly within your account. Information may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

• With your explicit consent.
• When you voluntarily share a property listing via WhatsApp or other messaging apps using the in-app share feature.
• To comply with legal requirements or respond to lawful requests.
• To protect the rights, property, or safety of BrickBase, our users, or the public.

6. Third-Party Services

Our app integrates the following third-party services which may collect data independently:

• Google Maps SDK: Used to display property locations on the map. Google may collect location and device data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase: Used for authentication, database, and file storage. Data is processed in accordance with Supabase's Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp Sharing: Users may choose to share property listings to third-party messaging apps such as WhatsApp. Such apps have their own privacy policies which govern data shared through them.

7. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account at any time through the app's profile settings. Upon account deletion, all associated data — including property listings, uploaded photos, videos, documents, voice recordings, and personal information — is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and review your personal data stored within the app.
• Request correction of inaccurate information.
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time from the app.
• Withdraw consent for data processing where applicable.

9. Cookies and Tracking

Our mobile application does not use cookies. We may collect anonymous analytics data to improve app performance and user experience.

10. Children's Privacy

BrickBase is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
