Users who post property listings are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information provided. BrickBase does not verify property ownership, pricing, or the authenticity of listed properties. We act solely as a platform and are not a party to any transactions between users.
All content, features, and functionality of BrickBase, including but not limited to the design, logos, text, and software, are owned by BrickBase and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
By uploading content (photos, descriptions, documents) to BrickBase, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content within the platform for the purpose of providing our services. You retain ownership of your content and may remove it at any time.
BrickBase is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy or reliability of any property listings or user-generated content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BrickBase and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the application. This includes but is not limited to damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BrickBase, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the application, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms and Conditions or engage in any activity that may harm BrickBase or its users. Upon termination, your right to use the application will cease immediately.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
